Ms. McGhee provided Tiffany cake samples and pictures of desserts designed by Daisy’s Desserts. The photo of Daisy’s Desserts signature daisy cake (a vanilla cake with lemon curd filling and buttercream icing) and the “Tiffany Blue” cake got rave reviews from the Tiffany executives. The beautiful color of Tiffany blue was an inspiration for the Daisy’s Desserts Tiffany Blue cake, because of its unmistakable beauty, elegance, and history.
The Tiffany Blue Box history- In 1837 a distinctive shade of blue was chosen to symbolize the company’s renowned reputation for quality and craftsmanship. This lustrous color became so closely identified with Tiffany & Co, that it is today universally recognizable as the trademark Tiffany Blue.
